1. Nature of Services

MJ Enterprise is a "Total Solution" provider. We offer:

Supply of specialized technical and aviation products.
Consultancy and technical problem-solving for manufacturing.
Work support and transportation activities for Government Agencies.
General office support (Hardware/Software) and Taxi services.

2. Technical Specifications & Manufacturing

Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate technical blueprints and requirements. MJ Enterprise is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.
Aviation Products: All special aviation bulbs and tools are supplied according to industry standards. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the specific part matches their aircraft’s certification requirements.

3. Government Agency Support

Engagement for government work is subject to specific tender conditions and work orders.
MJ Enterprise acts as a service provider/contractor; our liability is limited to the scope defined in the specific Government Work Order (WO).

4. Transportation & Taxi Services

Booking: Transport services must be booked in advance.
Liability: While we ensure the highest safety standards, MJ Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen mechanical failures during government-related transit activities.
Safety: Users of our taxi/transport services must adhere to safety protocols.

5. Quotations & Payments

Validity: All technical quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
GST: All prices are subject to GST (33BYXPM9856N1Z4) as per Government of India regulations.
Payment Terms: For manufacturing and supply, 50% advance is typically required, with the balance due upon delivery, unless a prior credit agreement exists for government agencies.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Technical solving ideas" and proprietary manufacturing processes developed by MJ Enterprise remain the intellectual property of the concern.
The name MJ Enterprise and all content on mjtech.co.in are protected by copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our technical products or transportation services.

8. Confidentiality

We recognize the sensitive nature of Government and Aviation data. Both parties agree to keep all technical and financial information strictly confidential during and after the term of engagement.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
